Najdiya is a classy Saudi coffee made originally based on Najdi recipe. This is an instant coffee mix. You place 4 tablespoon of coffee in a thermos, fill in half with boiling water, shake it for 10 seconds, then complete filling the thermos with water. Leave it for 1 minute then serve. (250 g).
